     I have seen both 565km/h and 590km/h as the maximum speed for ki-100II at 10000m, for example here

     Both data are marked as from Kawasaki, so it seems a bit confusing. Are they originating from a difference between calculations and tests, or they are are from different horsepower settings? I would appreciate it if you could provide me any clues on this.

       I am aware that the data of 590km/h at 10000m exists, however, I have never met across any primary sources which actually mention the number as max speed of Ki-100II.
       
       The document I shared on this post was made just after the war to submit to the allied forces. Therefore, max speed of 565km/h at 10000m is, I believe, more reliable one and closer to the actual performance. In fact, you can find the description "its performances were nearly that of expected" in this document.
       
       This is just my assumption, but 590km/h may be an early estimate and 565km/h is more deliberated calculation.

       Can I have that ki-84 National Diet Library(microfilm) document as well if it's still available now?
       I have read through many debates on its performance during the years, with that "data 2" being the only detailed document for ki-84 without restrictions. That data 3 you provided shed much more light on this whole topic.

       As for works, I do not have published articles, but I do get indulged in questions on aircraft performance a lot, and have quite a few thoughts. For me, the documents are primary sources I keep as proofs to convince myself on my own conclusions.
       
       Previously my main area of interest was on the US strategic air campaign as a whole, and most of my own collections as for now are on US bombers. Recently I would like to also learn about the intercepting side, so I start looking for materials for them. That said, I don't have exclusive sources on Japanese aircrafts or US fighters, however, if you are interested in the US bombers, I am happy to share with you my documents and my own thoughts.

     I often receive messages from my readers asking me to send my collections.
     but most of them don't introduce themselves, they don't explain why they want it, they don't try to communicate nor share ideas. I am fed up with such kind of people.

   • Top kek does that source happen to include
     500km/h at 1000m
     565km/h at 10,000m
     in the top left of the page with the table extending to the right where it states rate of climb?
     Then it also says 850km/h max dive limit (indicated)
     
     Its that source right?
